Richmond Times-Dispatch Hemp moves ahead
The House of Delegates could hold a final vote Monday on industrial hemp. Virginia farmers in the distant past were required to grow the product. But in this century is has been outlawed as part of the war on drugs. The measure before the house would legalize it for growth.
